Music fans and Hollywood followers were surprised with the news that professional violinist Brian King Joseph has filed a lawsuit against actor Will Smith and his company alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

Brian King Joseph, a well-known professional violinist, has instituted a lawsuit in a Los Angeles courtroom against Will Smith for alleged workplace misconduct.

Will Smith is no ordinary actor, and the allegations against him have been hogging the headlines in the media.

Who is Brian King Joseph?

Brian is also a well-known name in the world of music and has carved a niche for himself as an accomplished electric violinist, producer, and composer from Washington, D.C.

He is dubbed “The King of Violin,” and his unique style of amalgamating classical technique with contemporary pop and hip-hop has endeared him immensely to music lovers.

Joseph started playing when he was only four years old and soon climbed the popularity charts with his technical brilliance and stage charisma.

He became a global celebrity when he achieved third place in the finals on Season 13 of America’s Got Talent in 2018.

Joseph’s journey to fame was not an easy one and is marked by extraordinary resilience and grit.

He had enrolled at the prestigious Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship in 2012 when he was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy.

It is a degenerative neurological disease and leads to excruciating pain and loss of sensations in the extremities.

Brian King Joseph continued to perform despite the debilitating condition and has also collaborated with music greats such as George Clinton, Machine Gun Kelly, and Snoop Dogg.

He was invited to the actor-musician Will Smith’s “Based on a True Story: 2025” tour.

Joseph performed in the tour as a featured violinist.

The origin of the present legal dispute can be traced to an incident in Las Vegas in March 2025 in which Joseph alleged that he found personal items, including HIV medication and a handwritten note, presumably of an unknown individual, in his hotel room.

When Brian King Joseph reported the incident to tour management, Joseph alleged that he was first rebuked and then fired.

The lawsuit states,

“The evidence included a handwritten note addressed to Plaintiff by name, which read, ‘Brian, I’ll be back no later than [sic] 5:30, just us (drawn heart), Stone F.  Among the remaining belongings were wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to Plaintiff.”

The document further stated that the Plaintiff was afraid that the unknown person would return to his room to engage in sexual acts.

Brian King Joseph later informed the hotel security and Smith’s representative.

He also notified the local non-emergency police line (311) about the incident.

Will Smith and his representatives have not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of publication.

A case has been registered following Yo Yo Honey Singh’s recent concert at Mumbai’s MMRDA Grounds.

Reports suggest that authorities received complaints regarding alleged violations involving the use of banned laser lights during the concert as well as concerns regarding crowd management.

According to the police the organizers utilized laser lighting during the event on March 28, despite existing restrictions. A matter of particular concern was that the venue was situated in close proximity to the airport area.

The use of such lighting in sensitive zones like this is considered a potential hazard prompting authorities to take action.

An FIR has been registered against a representative associated with the event management team. Officials stated that permission for the use of laser lights had not been granted.

The Crowd Exceeded Expectations

The police also stated that the size of the crowd was far greater than initial estimates.

Moreover while the organizers had informed officials that approximately 12,000 people were expected to attend, the actual turnout ranged between 18,000 and 20,000 people.

The unexpectedly large crowd posed additional challenges for security personnel. Furthermore concerns regarding security and crowd management intensified during the event.

Chaos at the Venue Captured in Viral Videos

This concert, part of Honey Singh’s “My Story – India Chapter” tour—sparked significant discussion on social media after videos from the venue went viral.

In one particular clip, a woman was seen attempting to climb over a closed gate to gain entry, leading to an altercation with security personnel.

Many attendees also complained about long queues and confusion at the entry points; some even alleged that individuals without valid access passes were allowed inside, further exacerbating the overcrowding.

A Stellar Performance Amidst Controversy

Despite the logistical issues, Honey Singh delivered a spectacular performance, entertaining his fans with hit tracks such as “Dope Shope,” “Blue Eyes,” “Brown Rang,” “Millionaire,” and “Desi Kalakaar.”

The internet is rife with unconfirmed rumours that Taylor Swift is pregnant with her first child with Travis Kelce.

The genesis of the rumour can be traced to a post on X shared by Hoops Crave that the pop singer is expecting her first child with fiancée Travis Kelce.

The post soon became viral and raked in 21K likes, 5.7 million views, and was shared more than 2.5K times.

The post also featured a picture from the engagement announcement.

Recent reports stated that the couple is going to become husband and wife this summer.

However, the couple has not made any pregnancy announcement.

Hence, the pregnancy stories have not been verified, and since no major news outlet has reported the news, the claim remains unverified.

Another fact that makes the news credibility suspect is that Hoops Crave is a parody account of Pop Crave, which has often in the past posted fake news.

Although the pop star has not discussed openly about starting a family with Travis Kelce, his mother Donna has aspirations.

This was revealed by Travis’s brother Jason in an interview with New Heights Podcast in September 2025. Jason stated that Travis remains their mother’s favourite, but she adores Jason because he has kids.

Jason is married to Kylie Kelce and has four daughters.
