Music genius AR Rahman is all set to commence his ‘Wonderment’ tour, with the first event happening on May 3, 2025, at DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai.

The event’s central theme will be an amalgamation of folklore with novelty and will highlight the storytelling power of music.

Rahman said,

Tickets for the show will open on April 3, the start of the World Tour. It will feature a rendition of iconic compositions in what will be an unequivocal musical experience.

According to a press release, the first event of the worldwide tour will be held on May 3 at DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai, and is intended to enthrall audiences worldwide.

The thrilling concert, titled ‘Wonderment – The Tour,’ is being organized to celebrate three decades in the music industry by the music baron.

Earlier in February, the music maestro had partnered with singer Ed Sheeran on stage during his Mathematics Tour concert in Chennai.

AR Rahman is also set to compose music for the sequel to the blockbuster film Raanjhanaa, Tere Ishq Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon.

Rahman recently suffered from dehydration and was admitted to the Apollo Hospital, from where he was later discharged.

The commercial space Kajol acquired also involved hefty overhead expenses like stamp duty and parking spaces. This was revealed in the documents pertaining to the deal, accessed via IndexTap.com, which showed that Rs 1.72 crore was paid as stamp duty. The deal also includes access to four designated car parking spaces.

The deal was facilitated by Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd, and considering the price, it can be considered a premium commercial space in Mumbai.

This is not the only investment Kajol has made in commercial real estate. Earlier in August 2023, she purchased an office space in Oshiwara for Rs 7.64 crore.

Kajol’s husband, Ajay Devgn, has also invested heavily in real estate. In April 2023, he acquired five office properties in the same building in Oshiwara for Rs 45 crore. The property is spread across two floors with a plot area of 13,293 sq ft.

Ajay Devgn also leased office space in Andheri West in May 2024 for a period of five years at a lease rent of Rs 9 lakh per month.

The space was rented to MMM Media Works LLP. The office is situated in Lotus Signature, Andheri West, and is registered in the name of Vishal Virendra Devgan.
