Tiger Shroff sells his Khar apartment for Rs 15.6 crore, earns 31% profit
Actor Tiger Shroff, who recently starred in the Bollywood film ‘Baaghi 4’, has sold his luxury apartment in the Rustomjee Paramount project in Khar, Mumbai, for Rs 15.6 crore, according to property documents available with Square Yards. The deal was officially registered in September 2025.
Located on the 22nd floor, the apartment has a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq ft and a built-up area of 2,189 sq ft. The sale also included three car parking spaces. The buyer, Sandeep Saraph, who reportedly lives in the same building, paid Rs 93.6 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration charges to complete the transaction.
Tiger had reportedly purchased the property in 2018 for Rs 11.62 crore. With this latest sale, he has earned a profit of approximately 31% in seven years.
This comes at a time when Tiger is in the news for his latest film, ‘Baaghi 4’, which was released on September 5, 2025. Initial estimates suggest the film earned around ₹30-31 crore during its first weekend, though the reviews were mixed.
The Khar area is considered one of the prime real estate hubs in Mumbai. Besides Tiger, several other Bollywood celebrities, including Disha Patani, Rani Mukerji, and Sunil Shetty, also have homes in this area. Its proximity to the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and the airport makes it a preferred location for both residents and investors.

Xenathewitch, who streams on the platform Kick, has 43000 followers and has in the past been involved in controversies. She was involved in situations that had the involvement of the police officers.
The latest brush with the police soon spread across the internet, and clips of her arrest became viral on social media platforms.
Moments before being taken into custody, the streamer was standing at a crosswalk when a police patrol car drove past her. The streamer jokingly told her viewers that she intended to hitchhike with the officers.
“I’m going to hitchhike from the cops, f*** it. Wait, can I get arrested? I don’t think I can get arrested for hitching a ride with the police, right? It might be illegal.”
Later, she raised her thumb in the traditional way to ask for a lift at the passing police car. A few moments later, the police officers turned their lights on and took their vehicle to where she was standing.
As the police vehicle approached her, the streamer exclaimed on stream,
“Oh, boy. Here we go… Oh, boy, what’d I do?”
An officer stepped out of his vehicle and asked the streamer for her identification. The streamer answered in the affirmative and inquired of the police officer what the matter was. The police officer told her that she resembled someone who they were looking for.
Xenathewitch said she did and asked what the problem was. While speaking with her, the officer explained that she looked like someone they were searching for. The police officer once again asked for her identification, which the streamer handed over.
After checking the details, the police officer asked if her last name was Samson. The streamer said yes, and immediately the police officer pulled out a handcuff.
The streamer was shell-shocked and asked for the stream to be turned off. She later asked the officers what she had done. The police told her that they had a warrant for her arrest.
As of now, no details have been forthcoming of why the streamer has been arrested. There have been no posts by Xenathewitch about the situation on her social media accounts.
The streamer was also arrested in August 2025 after she fired paintballs at a bystander during a live stream linked to Ice Poseidon’s IRL Scavenger Hunt.
A police officer later explained,
“She wanted you to know that she’s basically going to go to the judge tonight. That could take anywhere between seven and maybe 18 hours. It’s just going to depend on how busy the jail is. She’ll talk to the magistrate, and they will either decide to release her on a bond or hold her.”
The streamer later posted a video that she had recorded from jail and told her fans that she was missing them. She also promised to update on the whole situation.
