A disturbing incident involving Kick streamer Steven “Konvy” has sparked widespread concern.

A short video clip surfaced online showing what appears to be gunfire during his IRL livestream in New York City.

On January 9, a 16-second clip began circulating on social media. In the clip Konvy is seen sitting in a car with others during a livestream.

Shortly after the video begins Konvy appears distracted by something off camera.

One of the people in the car then falls over and the camera also falls. Immediately afterward gunshots are heard.

The footage quickly went viral sparking intense speculation on platforms like X (formerly Twitter). Viewers offered varying interpretations of the clip with some suggesting the gunshots were not fatal while others expressed concern that someone in the car might have been injured.

Streamer Adin Ross a close friend and roommate of Konvy, addressed the incident during his own livestream. Ross emphatically denied that the incident was staged and stated that he had confirmed its authenticity.

Ross told his viewers that while full details were not yet clear he was certain the incident was real and not fabricated.

He also mentioned that he had been informed of some developments but did not want to share unverified information publicly.

According to Ross there were concerns that someone might have been shot although this had not been confirmed at the time.

To date, Konvy has not made any public statement regarding the incident. Authorities have also not released any official information or confirmed any injuries or arrests.

No police report or formal investigation update has been made public.
