Sister Hong Viral Videos: Chinese Man Arrested for Secretly Filming Private Acts with 1,691 Men
A man in Nanjing, China, known online as ‘Sister Hong’ was arrested for secretly filming intimate relations with 1,691 men while impersonating a woman. The videos were later uploaded to adult websites, sparking massive public outrage, social unrest and a police investigation into one of the most disturbing romance scandals of recent years.
The Police in the city of Nanjing, China, have arrested a man named Jiao a.k.a. Sister Hong, who impersonated a woman and lured men into having private encounters and then filmed the whole encounter.
He later uploaded these videos to online adult content sites, from where these clips even spread to common social media platforms like Twitter and Telegram.
The incident has sparked a huge buzz online, and authorities are working at a feverish pace to remove the content from the web.
The incidents have also caused significant social unrest, as many of the individuals featured in the videos have been recognised by their relatives and acquaintances, leading to social stigma and even instances of divorce and breakup.
Authorities have offered free counselling to the affected individuals.
According to the Police, Sister Hong has in total lured 1691 men and filmed secret videos of the acts.
The case has been described as one of the most distressing and far-reaching romance scams in recent years.
The 38-year-old suspect had been using this pseudonym for the past three years.
The case came to light when Jiangning police raided a place and recovered a lot of wigs, silicone breast implants, several mobile phones and a diary containing details of all the people.

According to details released by the Police, Jiao disguised himself as a divorced woman seeking support.
Jiao would spend hours disguising himself as a woman and then lure men into having intercourse, which he would secretly videotape.
According to the police, many men distanced themselves after learning the truth, but many continued the relationship and even introduced their friends to Sister Hong.
Jiao presented herself as an ordinary housewife, and her videos contained content related to gardening, cooking and washing clothes.
In the videos, he would target young men, whom he would invite to his home with gifts. He would not ask for anything expensive, but simple things like cooking oil or fruit.
He ran his modus operandi efficiently and ensured that there was no interaction between the victims.
Nanjing city authorities have set up a public helpline and urged the public to provide any information related to the incident.
Authorities have also begun medical examinations and are examining confiscated phone data to identify the victims, and a final report is expected by the end of August.
Police also found that the incidents took place in a small rented house in Nanjing, and most of the videos were 5 to 10 minutes long.
