Renowned Bollywood actor Dharmendra, one of Indian cinema’s most beloved stars and often referred to as the “He-Man of Hindi films,” passed away on Monday morning at the age of 89.

The veteran actor reportedly passed away at his Juhu home.

He was recovering from a recent major health issue.

According to sources his funeral took place at the Pawan Hans crematorium attended by close family members.

Dharmendra’s family includes his wives, Prakash Kaur and Hema Malini, and his children: actors Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.

Born in Ludhiana in 1935 Dharmendra entered the film industry after winning a talent contest.

It’s worth noting that Dharmendra made his debut in 1960 with Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere.

Furthermore in the 1960s, he established himself as a romantic lead in films like Bandini, Aaye Milan Ki Bela and Khamoshi earning critical acclaim for his portrayal of Haqeeqat.

His breakthrough as a true star came with Phool Aur Patthar (1966). Dharmendra then delivered several blockbuster films across genres:

• Seeta Aur Geeta
• Yaadon Ki Baaraat
• Chupke Chupke
• Sholay, in which he played the iconic Veeru.

In the 1980s Dharmendra ventured into action cinema cementing his “He-Man” image.

His work in films like Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, Johnny Gaddaar and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani earned him praise for his versatile acting even in his later years.

Dharmendra also shared the screen with his sons in the Yamla Pagla Deewana franchise.

Dharmendra’s last film, “Ekkis,” is scheduled to be released next month.

In addition to films, Dharmendra served as a Member of Parliament from Bikaner for a term after winning the 2004 Lok Sabha elections on a BJP ticket.

He was also awarded the Padma Bhushan for his contributions to Indian cinema.

Dharmendra married Prakash Kaur at the age of 19 and had four children with her.

In 1980, he married co-star Hema Malini with whom he had two daughters.

Despite his complicated personal life, his family remained close to him during his final years.

On October 31 Dharmendra was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital due to breathing problems.

His daughter, Esha Deol publicly dismissed rumors of his death during his recovery.

Dharmendra was discharged on November 12 and has been under medical supervision at home since then.

Who is Papi Darry?

Papi Darry, whose real name is Darry Martinez, is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and established himself as a comedic content creator known for his everyday humor.

His social media presence grew rapidly, and by the age of 16, he had amassed over 190,000 followers on his Instagram account, @soydarry_, where his sketches on everyday Venezuelan life resonated with many.

His style is characterized by colloquial language and spontaneity, making him a respected figure in the Latin American digital comedy scene.

The video reportedly captures a private moment between Papi Darry and Tu Favorita, who is believed to be making her “debut” in adult content with this material.

The clip is reportedly over three minutes long and was not intended for public viewing.

Nevertheless, once leaked, it quickly spread across messaging platforms and social networks, sparking discussions, memes, and heated debates about privacy and consent.

A TikTok broadcast has further fueled speculation, with Too Favorita joking about Papi Dari’s “debut,” suggesting a leak.

This conversation has fueled hashtags and trending searches, making Papi Dari and Too Favorita among the most searched names on social media in Latin American countries such as Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Puerto Rico.
